Beef With Peppers

Serves 4

2 whole bell peppers, sliced (1 red, 1 green)
2lb beef, cross-cut sliced into strips
2 tbsp olive oil

Marinate beef in Natural Native Chef Mongolian Sauce for 30 minutes to overnight. Add bell peppers to pan with oil. Add marinated beef strips, and cook till beef is done (160-180°). Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.

Turmeric Rice

Serves 2

In a pan with 2 cups water, 1 cup rice mince fresh ginger, one green onion (finely chopped), 1 tsp turmeric. Cook till rice is tender. After rice is done, add 2tbsp Natural Native Chef Mongolian Sauce and stir well.

Half Chicken

Serves 2

2 bottles Natural Native Chef Mongolian Sauce

Take whole chicken, remove backbone, cut in half. Put both halves of chicken into large sauce pan. Bring to boil. Cook 30-45 min. at a hard boil, turning chicken to coat with sauce. Remove chicken when fully done and serve with rice noodles or rice and stir-fry vegetables.

Ribs

2lbs riblets, marinate overnight in Natural Native Chef Mongolian Sauce. Take ribs and sauce, put in 350° oven for 35 min. Pull from oven and place on open grill till done. Add more sauce while cooking. Serves 3-4.

Two-Step Burgers

2 lbs ground beef (or elk or buffalo)
4 tbsp Natural Native Chef Mongolian Sauce, mix into meat
1 whole fresh pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced into 1/4″ slices, place on grill
1 red onion, sliced into 1/4″ slices, place on grill
Take ends of onion and pineapple, mince and mix together with mayo and 1 tbsp of Natural Native Chef Mongolian Sauce for burger topping
Cook meat to desired doneness, and serve with pineapple and onion slices, and pineapple/onion mayo.
